AR-broken off side?

okay guys in an AR county how would you determine spread if one side of headgear missing?The buck looks to be 5,5 and has very tall g1 n g2 should i shoot him? i was at full draw on him tonight n let down

He'd be considered a spike as long as there wasn't more than one legal point left on that side, But why shoot him? let him go another year and try and get the whole headgear

this is not true. He his whole antler is gone he is not legal because he doesn't have 1 unbranched antler as per the reg. Let him walk till next year...he might be bigger, and you don't stand the chance of getting your gear taken and a huge fine

k thanx,the only reason i askrd is cuz hes on public land n its surrounded on 3 sides by guys who soot anything.it wont make another year
