    Getting kicked, when down

This deer season has no words to descibe it. Horrible X 1000 would get close. Having seen 1 deer during archery season (3.5 12pt thatneighbor shot opening day...not complaining). and 1 since gun season started I just cant make myself think about deer hunting. I lost near 100% of my fawn crop and alot of the doe I had on and around the property are gone. Before season my camera had: 12pt-shot small 8pt and 3 doe-one hit by car and now the 2nd of the 3 is dead in my ditch after being hit by a car........................Oh well I got 2 left hopefully she has some friends.

All other properties I hunt are ruined for the year since we had to stock the woods with cattle because that was the only water we had left..........which pushed the 150+ in 10 pt onto the neighbors 15 acres with 5 stands and 3 feeders within 40 yrds of fence and he also made it less than 1 hour into rifle season (still aint complaining)

Think I'll take some agressions out on some birds in the morning. I feel beat down

It's been tough for me this year between 3 of us we have one spike down. The neighbors south of me shot at least 8 deer and I think the golf course took out 35. I had given up seeing a legal buck but checked my camera and it looks like there may be one left.

                      Come on bud.

Go kick the dog, take it out on the wife, and ground the kids.

Seriously... Attitude is a big part of it. Being able to go into the woods is your first success.

So... Empty out your sad sack and fill it with the great things and reasons why we hunt. It's far more than what your not doing. Find your passion and the deer will find you X1000

Good luck kyle. Ive seen a couple shooters, just out of MY bow range. I am not bringin out rifle though, well at least til spike and doe season in coleman. Then its about filling the freezer. Maybe something will come up for ya man.
