Mathews bow quiver question-5 or 7 arrow quiver?

for those that have a Mathews bow quiver, do you have the 5 or 7 arrow quiver? I am upgrading and was going to get the 7, but thought it might be a little to bulky or big, but I thought it would be nice to have more bullets in the bag if I ever needed them, although In all my hunting I can't think of a time I have burned through 5 arrows in one sitting. Most of the time when I get in the stand I take my quiver off and place it in the tree anyway. Any thoughts or experiences?

I use the 5 when whitetail hunting and the 7 when I go elk hunting in Colorado. Although I haven't needed that many arrows, you never know when you might run into a bunch of Zombies.

I have the T-5 and the T-3, I find myself using the T-3 more. It is lighter and when hunting from a tripod I have never needed more than 1-2 arrows. I remove it when sitting for a hunt.

T-5 is what I have and do the same thing...it comes off when I get on the tripod, just put it in the trees around me...

I have had all three. I liked the 3 for Tripods and ladder stands. 5 has been my work horse and what I use the most. 7 collects dust due to weight while stalking but has been used for longer all day hunts.

I have the 5 and emptied it once in a single sitting on some dumb pigs at a feeder. But, have only needed a second arrow twice on deer--both times on a spine shot.

My only complaint is that I use Bear Razorheads, and I have found the hood on the Mathews quiver isn't long enough to cover the entire cutting edge of the broadhead, so I have to be extra careful with it.

                              X2

3 good broad heads & 2 used for coons, cats, yotes, squirrel, rabbit, zombies, werewolf, vampires & if I feel the need to send a carbon missile. I don't need 7. My arrows have heat sensors.
I take mine off the bow in most cases & hang the bow from the quiver bracket instead of the limbs.
