that works to $16 an acre, i pay $10 an acre in Uvalde and was paying $12 in Rock Springs..$16 sounds high but it depends on the set up and sleeping quarters

I'm going check it out in a couple weeks, from what I'm told it's pretty nice!

Sounds like a lease broker with his markup in the price; not that there's anything wrong with that!

Do you get to shoot trophy axis and blackbuck and two trophy whitetail or 1. With me it would deepens on harvest quota and if feed was included yr round

That sounds high BUT, good places seem to bring good money. I would be willing to pay it for the right place, with that said, I would be interested in a spot if you need more hunters,

Hey stickslinga its a small world i guess....the guy you are refering to is milton blackburn or "Blackie" as we call him. He's my neigbor and a dang good guy. My Father & brother in law hunted with blackie and his brother there about 7-8 years ago. Tons of deer there he said and they always saw exotics (sika axis blackbuck). The bunkhouse is only a few years old and nice. Year round private acess to the frio is really nice also....blackie isnt a broker he is the lease foreman. The only reason my FIL/BIL got off the lease was because they got a place closer to the house, but they still talk about the lease in sabinal and what a nice place it was. PM me if you have any other questions.

So I guess it's worth the money then?! I know good places are hard to find, and good people to run them are even tougher!

I think we looked at the place you're talking about back in September. Lots of open land. Only about 500 acres of woods. Be weary.
