need some tips on squaw creek

I went fishing last Saturday and could not get on the fish I mainly fished Texas rig.I was just woundering if y'all had any suggestions

Goin' towards the ****,veer towards your left...100 yds. Off the bank,there's a series of humps,or rock piles..We carolina rigged it years ago,w-ring fry's,and Quake weights (3\4)oz.Flat killed 'em. Crappie colored baits I believe. Hope that helps.

Squaw Creek is home of the three eyed fish and they even glow in the dark ( that's why they don't allow any fishing at night ).
