Mixed results for me in any calling. That's horns, bleat cans, grunt tubes, etc... I have called a few in, but I have had way more totally ignore or worse yet flee from rattling horns

Of course it could be the brand of calls I am using, cuz no way in hell it could be me?

****...TreeCrab beat me to it...at my folks place it's definitely the feeder, but I have had deer come to a grunt call before...just a couple of low long grunts. Obviously never had one come within bow range like this, but they have definitely responded.

feeder for sure, the "can" sure makes them curious, horns work great in right situation.

I remember someone telling me they hung a bell where it would be hit by the slinging corn. Just like ringing the dinner bell.

Since the feeder is the best call, I thought about putting a little corn in a coffee can and rattling it around to mimick the sound of the feeder going off. Anyone else try anything like this? Sure would save on corn!
