I feel you Quacker. I am having mine done Thursday morning. It is my right shoulder. The surgery can not get here fast enough.

How did you do the damage to yours?
The Dr. told me that mines was degenerative and I had some out of shape shoulder and back muscles that did the damage.

mine was just progressive wear apparently. i do have a problem with the bone on top of my shoulder also. they are gonna have to shave it down some. it is lower than it should be. it is putting pressure on the joint.

Sounds like a lot of fun at the rehab facility. I will be doing mine about 3 days a week. Hopefully this will help me get back in the grove of working out.
