Picked Up A New Knife Today

I've never had a Kissing Crane knife, so I thought I'd give this one a shot. It's sharp for sure. The sheath is a little crooked, and after only having had the knife for a few hours, I pushed the blade through the back of the sheath trying to put it back in.

Any of you leather guys wanna make me a new sheath for this knife? Just want something simple and inexpensive.

Good looking blade. You would think they would make a better sheath, esp being fixed blade.

The sheath is made very well, it's just got a very slight twist in the blade section. When I'm careful, the knife goes in just fine, you just have to watch the angle. I suppose it could have twisted after it was made, not sure.

Soak the knife in hot water for a second or two and twist it back in shape. Then put the knife badk in and let dry. Coat the blade first to prevent rust!

Soak the knife, or the sheath?

I work for my brother selling hunting lights and one day at a hunt I took a Kissing Crane knife on trade one time and turned out to be one of the best pocket knives i have ever had. I have never heard of them before until now. I would like to know more about them.

Does it stay sharp while skinning and quartering a deer?
