When you click reply go to open advanced options and it will have it right there.

Same thing just click on advance options

On the bottom, click on Forums. Then click which forum you want it started in. Once in that forum (around the campfire for example), click the button on the top right. It'll give you the option to start a new thread. Once it's started, you'll have the same "advanced options" to choose to add a pic.
