Every time the subject comes up about controling coons,wich BY THE WAY ARE LISTED AS A VARMIT!!.

Some one starts screaming ILLEAGLL.

Why dosent someone come up with a CHAPTER AND VERSE LAW CODE on the books in the state of TEXAS that says you cannot control a VARMIT with Monkey Chow or Goldren Maldren fly bait.

A game warden or a county prosecuter or a fed has to present to a judge in a court of law the STATUTE # in wich he is slamming you with.

So for all the paranoid PLEASE prove to me that a lil piosion on a VARMIT {legal term} is unlawful , when the song dogs can be controlled in this manner.

If there is a state prosecuter on this forum please chime in and give us THE LAW so we do not have to speculate on this matter.

EVERYONE on this forum KNOWS for a fact that there are way too many coons out there and something has to be done to control them.

Some of my fellow bowhunters are beging to sound like PETA people.
We can NEVER put the coons on the endangerd list cuz there are just too many of them.

Some one please tell me what type of monkey food they are feeding the deer lease monkeys! I was up at the feed store and asked for a bag of the Purina monkey chow and the lady asked me which type? She named off like 7 different ones! I didn't end up buying a bag because I didn't know if it even matters?

the law has it in the labeled directions for application of said product...in other words...IF YOU DON'T FOLLLOW THE LABELS DIRECTIONS IN APPLICATION OF THE PRODUCT, YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING ILLEGAL...
Pretty simple, just like a farmer who uses a pesticide on a crop and doesn't let his pickers know that they can't go back into the field after X amount of days post spray, and someone goes in and starts picking whatever veggie, then they develop cancer or something, ITS THE FARMERS FAULT for not alerting his staff or whoever about the time to pick....the user is responsible for the outcome....THATS THE LAW...also, there are Texas Dept. of AG folks on TBH who make and enforce these laws...I'm not one of these fellas, but hunt with one....
