S. Texas corn rat down (quietly) and a management buck

This past weekend I was lucky enough to go down near Encinal at a buddy's lease and hunt for a management buck and any predators we came across... I've never hunted in South Texas before and have never seen (in person) a javelina, so I had to take one. I also didn't realize how dumb these things are... It didn't matter though, I was still excited to drop one. =)

The last evening I was fortunate to take an old management buck. It weighed a 180 lbs and I couldn't be happier with it.
