Headed out about 2:30 with my son armed with a single shot .243. Really didn't think much would happen due to the wind in Missouri, but nevertheless we endured the weather! We were perched ourselves under a cedar tree with this view
With about 15 minutes of shooting light a nice little eight point steps out at 15 feet! Yes!!! 15 feet! My son said he had no time to be nervous! Slow, Squeeze and one well placed shot my son harvested his very first deer!! Very proud of him!!!
