I'm in mood for some new hunting boots. I'm not concerned about the price. What are the best in y'alls opinion. I'm ordering tonight.

I don't think you can go wrong with anything made by Danner. I have 4 different models from uninsulated to heavily insulated and they all fit great and will last a good long while. Check out their website

My Saloman medium weight boots are 12yrs old and going strong. They have been to Guadalupe Mts, Big Bend, Grand Canyon, Zion, Appalachian Trail, and every single hunt or other hike I've been on since buying them. I do not intend to exaggerate, but they are approaching 1000 miles if they haven't already crossed it. They have them at REI...or they did 12yrs ago!

I bought a pair of justin snake boots with a side zipper and waterproof. They were around $150 or so at academy. I like them alot. Super easy on/off.

Baby Seal.. but only the ones clubbed with q-tips.. sure it takes a lot longer..and the seal endures a bit more pain... due to how many hits it actually takes with a q-tip to kill a baby seal... but the difference it makes in the comfort and look is immeasurable.
anyway.. you did say ..not concerned of price.

I just got a pair of Cabelas Quest uninsulated boots.. They are like wearing tennis shoes. Warm and dry so far.

Insulated, non insulated, good for lots of walking, lightweight, real warm? I've got lots of boots so I might be able to help if you know what traits your looking for.

I'm kinda partial to Lacrosse myself. Have 3 pair, uninsulated, 200 gram thinsulate, and 600 gram thinsulate.
