I used to boil skulls and then take the hide off myself. Seems like it makes the bone brittle. Are beetles the answer?

beetles or just remove the hide and place in a bucket of water for about a month. all the meat will just fall off.

Get ahold of Blue Tick on here. He is local and has beetles. He has very reasonable rates.

if you are going to boil it don't boil it. low heat and just let the meat cook off slow
