It's the first year to hunt on our lease a few miles NE of San Angelo and hopefully we will be in need of a processor this weekend. Who are the good ones? Thanks!

Best I have ever tried anywhere is Sklarnicks (sp) in Miles. 15 minutes east of SA. Award winning smoked sausage.

Sklenariks in Miles or Js in Sa Angelo Js is on 277 south of town.

$90 for standard deer processing.

Yes they are pricey but worth every penny when you try the smoked Jalop/cheese smoked sausage. Just picked up a deer there Monday, turned out great.
