Why do I get a Red X instead of the picture sometimes?????????

We thought it was a problem isolated to Internet Explorer 8 and 9, but a very few people have reported it with some other browsers. It really only seems to happen with pictures that are posted from Tapatalk, mainly .png format.

What browser are y'all using?

I get the red x on IE9 sometimes but can switch browsers to Firefox and see the picture.
