Deer Hunting Story... even if you don't care about hunting... Gotta Love Ted!



Ted Nugent, rock star and avid bow hunter from Michigan, was being interviewed by a liberal journalist, an animal rights activist. The discussion came around to deer hunting. The journalist asked, 'What do you think is the last thought in the head of a deer before you shoot him? Is it, 'Are you my friend?' or is it 'Are you the one who killed my brother?

Nugent replied, 'Deer aren't capable of that kind of thinking. All they care about is, what am I going to eat next, who am I going to screw next, and can I run fast enough to get away. They are very much like the Democrats in Congress.'

The interview ended.

Personally, I think radical would be good at this point. If your truck is veering off the road and heading for a tree, you arent going to avoid a collision with subtle changes in direction. Its gonna take a rather extreme direction change to get you back on the right track.

I propose an "Uncle Ted for Prez" write-in campaign.

Uncle Ted may be a bit odd, and a bit over the top, and you may not always agree with what he says or does, but there is one thing that all can agree on, and that is that Uncle Ted is one of the most vocal and influential people in the preservation of our favorite activity, and for that, that crazy man will always have my respect.
