The Dallas Stars, DFW, Hockey, Sports in general, and humanity......all got better today! And Blue tom is no longer part of my sports life...

Tom Galardi is the new official owner of my hockey team! Let me tell you all I know about Tom Galardi.......he is a human with a functional brain, he's the new owner of the Stars, and he is NOT "blue" Tom Hicks!

Their recent slide aside, my boys jumped out to a nice start, and now they have new ownership......if they don't win another game, this season is a success! They won tonight too......

Everything I hear is positive about him. He owns 2 other teams, minor league teams but at least he knows the ropes.
They said last might he still play a couple times a week and is a point a game guy. If he's a pt a game guy he must not back check much. So him and I may have a different philosophy on how a beer league should be played.
That said as long as he takes care of the stars I'm good
I know Big Prev likes him.

Took my boy to the game Saturday night. Paid for three periods, but the Stars only showed for one. I got two hockey teams - the Leafs and the Stars. New Management good for both teams!

Not going to make it to the Stars/Red Wings game this holiday season, but definitely need to make it next year. That's our two favorite teams. Glad to hear they got on the right track.

Thankful Hicks and Gainey brought the Stars a Stanly Cup in 1999 but it was all down hill from there. Good riddance to him..
