      That's how I do it too. Only with a smaller grinder.

        I did mine yesterday . Bought me a new grinder this year. Ended up with 38 lbs of ground meat and 15 lbs for tamales .

                      1 hp. Almost takes the fun outa grinding. It never changes sound or slows down. Just as fast as you can feed it. Only negative is app wt 75 lbs

                        Thats exactly what I did yesterday after work! Ground 13 pounds of bfast sausage! I let mine mellow in the fridge over night though to let the seasonings "marry"! Looks good sir fine job!

                          That looks good! I've got a bunch of axis all cubed up that I need to grind, just waiting to see if i'm going to have some venison to go with it.
