Return from Thompson Temple!!!

Well we are back and both of us killed a ram. My brother shot the only non-tagged 4 horn he had and it scored Bronze Medal in the Record Book of Exotics. I shot a big old Merino Ram that scored Bronze Medal in the Record Book of Exotics. BTW for everyone that had bad mouthed his place all I can say is that he is getting the bunk house and the trailer fixed up and cleaned up. About the hunt, it is what you make it. Yes there are easy rams but there is also hard rams. It is beautiful country with a very nice guide. We saw several Auodad while we were there. We both really enjoyed it as it is always nice to get away and for only $190 we will go back down there. I will try to post some pics if I can figure out how.

PS: Both of our rams were the non tagged $190 rams.

To what extent will the "bunk houses" be renovated? Did Thompson say by when?
We hunted there( up on top of the mountain) and did well................but the proximity to the "bunk house " to the "Valley of death" smell and the condition of the mobile home bunk house put together made for an unwelcome damper on the weekend.

Somebody killed the Roster WTH! Want his fault he started crowing at 2am and then again at noon......but it was bound to happen with hours he was keeping...lol!

I've spent a LOT of money with Thompson and he told me that I couldn't afford the rooster!

The rooster is permanently mounted and residing in a place of quiet repose.

I hope Thompson fixes the trailer properly for the future and not just a "bandaid".

Looking forward to the Camp Improvements but that part never bothered me. I just go to have some Father/Daughter time and get away from everything.
