I got him last weekend.

I bought a sous vide machine. Cooked up a tenderloin for my boy and I. Made a from scratch blueberry balsamic reduction to pair with it. Sous vide a backstrap the next night.

Packers have to be licensed, if you hire some local guy and pay him both of you can get into trouble.
