Looks like I am on to waiting for Utah, Nevada, and Colorado results...I'm through hating New Mexico for another year.

I don't think my group was drawn for elk as there was never a lic # next to the app on the review. I know several that had a lic # next to the application number on the review for elk tags.

I think I am going to put in for New Mexico Arizona and maybe Colorado next year. Gonna start looking into some units

Like I said it may not be working yet or at all. I just saw a couple guys that tried it and were not allowed to add to cart since they already had one. That has been the sign in the past. Last year, NM realized this and shut it down...so don't lose all hope.

I don't remember last year but last time a actually drew(2013), emails were sent on Friday 4/19. New Mexico always releases earlier than the posted date.

It is 2 more days till we get the news for positive. We used to be able to find out by the 19th. Everything still says pending. Last year was my first year not to draw in 7 years. I hope I improved my odds this year.

You always seem to best the odds in the draws. I hope that holds true again for your group. I'm surprised they have not sent emails yet. They may be angry with all that peeked in.

Yeah. It used to be posted on your application page sooner. Either successful or not.
I leave for the lake tomorrow and will just check in with my son tomorrow evening.
I have put together a 28 minute dvd of last years trail camera videos. If I can get it on youtube I will post a link to it. I really enjoy watching elk when they don't feel threatened.
I'm always impressed by such a beautiful animal.

No just a quality unit. Good elk numbers and country.

15 is a great unit! Have packed elk out of there a couple times.

I don't think so. As far as I know it's private land near prewitt. Just Got invited on this hunt but pretty excited. They shot some good Bulls last year.

Good area. PM me the name of the ranch. I have done some work at the two coal mines up near Prewitt.
