Sorry...I wanted to hear some good brand name dehydrator's?

excaliber. If you pull it out to early and it needs a little more drying just leave in an open pan in fridge for a day or two.

Just bought the cabbalas 10 tray digital dehydrator on sale for 124.00 ihave used a no name round and did a good job. I season with feista fajita seasoning and add a pinch of red pepper.
