I have used both, but only shot my bow. With 6 gun blinds and 5 bow blinds I have to be versatile.

This is the first season to go bow only for me. Been a gun hunter all my life and the piggies will still die by way of the bang stick occasionally.

I have no idea how long it has been since I picked up a rifle to shoot a deer. Haven't shot a rifle much in the last 20 years. I could probably count on both hands how many shot I have fired our of a rifle in the last 20 years.

Still shooting the bow. The rifle gathers meat just fine, but just doesn't give me the excitement of a bow.

Yep in the bow blind tonight. Will gun hunt when the weather is foul or with the kids but prefer the bow any chance I get. Does not matter though hunting is hunting love all kinds.

mine have rust on them protected by a layer of dust. you can plant tomatoes in the scope of my deer rifle.

I love the excitement of bowhunting. It's a good thing since public land where I hunt is archery only.
