Bow practice in the Dallas area?

    Hey guys,

I recently moved to Dallas and want to find a good place to shoot my bow. I live in an apartment, and am getting funny looks from people on the jogging/bike trail that I am currently shooting next to. Any suggestions? I would like to shoot outdoors so that I can practice more than 20 or so yards that you usually get from the indoor facilities.

    Thanks,
    Swampa

All Star Marine and Archery on Dilido near Buckner and I30

Outdoor Pro Shop on Belt Line in Garland

Depends on your location, but there are plenty of ranges around.

Also check out www.elmfork.com I've never been there but they are supposed to have an outdoor 3-D Range. However, they no longer list it on their website. At one point they did. Also check out Mesquite archery.

    Welcome to the Fire!

You also have the Mesquite Archery Club and Irving Bowhunters Association. Both are fine clubs.

Arlington Bow Hunting World has a 20 yard indoor range and a indoor techno hunt range. If you have never done the techno hunt it is great.
