    For you elk lovers!!!!!!

    I am posting this to help out my Uncle and the guys over at Elk101.com

    There is a new magazine coming out this winter that is specifically geared towards elk hunters old and new. It's from the guys at Elk101.com out of Idaho. This is going to be a quarterly magazine right now, but will grow if the demand is there. It is 19.95 for a 1 year, 4 magazine subscription.

    Also for you fellow elk hunters, if you have thought about writing, or have written you an article about your elk hunt, this is an opportunity for you to get it published. Just email Corey Jacobson at "corey@elk101.com" or Ron Niziolek at boweditor@hotmail.com for information on this. Also just a side note, they have taken a page out of Eastman's Hunting Journal and are doing gear give aways for the articles that are chosen for each publication.

        they've already pushed some people away from subscribing by their posts on other forums, like anybody cares to read a new thread every time they have someone new added as a staff member.
        Instead of advertising each individual who will be on staff, put a magazine out there for people to read first.

          I am not sure where you were going but I am not a staff member. I just thought some other hunters might be interested in a elk hunting only magazine.

          Sorry if I have offended anyone with posting this. If it was out of line to post this I will remove the thread

            There are some "other" sites where the owners of the magazine choose to post a new thread every time they get another staff member, like every site is their own little P.R.

            Wasn't accusing you of anything, not offended by your thread, nice of you to post for those who aren't aware....
            this is one site they haven't over run yet.
