      They are or were the tenderloin. I marinated in stubs beef marinade and then seasoned with cajun blake, pepper, and honey pecan dust. The shrooms are tossed around in olive oil and cajun blakes. The rest is asparigus a jalapeno and tomato with red onion. Had a glass of merlot with it. Was excellent.
