If you could send some prayers up for my buddy

I've got a buddy who just got out of the Marines last Friday. He's served several tours overseas on the front line and has been through a lot. His first time over his mom had a stroke and he had to come back, and had to come back a few times since due to her sickness. He's been through a lot and has had a lot happen to him in the past. I've stayed up countless nights talking to him just about things to help him cope with the things he was dealing with. I just found out today that his mom passed away sometime this week. I have not had a chance to talk to him yet, but will see him today at the visitation. I don't normally ask for things like this, but I worry for him, I don't know how he's doing. I know in the past he's struggled with lots of things, good friends committing suicide etc. He's been through a lot. I just ask that you say a prayer for him and his family and that God will take care of him and help him through this tragic time of his life. I know I'm going to do my best to be there for him if he needs me. Sorry for the long read. Thanks in advance.
