    Please consider me

Got the no-deer-lease blues. Please consider me for your lease opening next year.

    - I will do more than my share of pre-season work.
    - I will comply with whatever management rules you have - heck, I'm really just looking to shoot does and hogs and could care less about horns but I don't judge anyone for being a trophy hunter.
    - I won't complain about the lease manager if there is one.
    - I will do my target practice and sighting in at a range before I get to the lease, but I would like the option to rifle hunt.
    - I will leave camp cleaner than I found it - every time I go.
    - I will share my beer with others in camp that can drink responsibly but I'd also be just fine with a dry lease.
    - Don't understand the whole fence line argument but I'll put my feeder wherever the other lease members agree it should go.

Looking for something south of I-20, east of San Antonio and preferably west of I45.

Re-post this after turkey season next year. Thanks to TBH we filled 5 vacancies this year on our place (10 total) with a bunch of great guys. Bow hunters no less! Hallelujah! Hopefully something will come up for you before that. Good luck!

Good luck- you sound like someone we all would like to be on a lease with. Re-post this after the season and you'll get an opportunity.

Best time to find a lease is January/February. I expect to have an opening or two but we are basically bow only.

              Good Luck.

Good luck! You may want to include a price range.

That is they key. Low budget. An example would be a friend's lease where they pay $800 for 2 does, hogs, turkey, dove, etc year round. Then 1 buck option pays a $1200 trophy fee. Guys on that lease would love having me cause I'd keep feeding but would not take a buck. I'd probably be out there in the hot weather hog hunting and keeping the place up alot more than they go. Anyway, that is the kind of deal I'm looking for - say $1500 max.
