    I love GM but after what i over heard the bowtech at the 1960 store say i refuse to drop my bow off there. I will continue to buy from them but wont let them touch my bow

      You can also send a e-mail to Base Camp telling them of poor customer service. They take it very serious. Please include the store, city and all associates that you had helping you. If there was an associate that did a good job and was overruled by a manager then give cudos to the associate. Many times things are out of the associates hands due to store policy. I can assure you if you send an e-mail to Base Camp it will get someones attention.

        Nice to see they took care of it. Everyone I know that has had work done at the GM here has thought it was first rate. You just never know a stores true colors until something goes wrong. I would be VERY pleased with that outcome.

          Randy Smiley is a top notch stand up guy and made it right. He took this situation seriously and I was overwhelmed as to the extent they went to make the situation right!!!

                    Too bad they have a hard time keeping accessories in stock...Maybe it is just my luck but everytime I go in there looking for something they are always out.
