    Kuby's Sausage House?

Has anybody used this place in Dallas? Buddy of mine dropped his quartered deer off to have a lot of different types of sausage made. Thanks.

They are expensive and it will take a while for you to get your meat back, but a good quality place.

Best around here bar none. Been taking deer there for years and I didn't think they were that high either.
Kuby's Sausage House in Snider Plaza (but was started in Germany in 1728) has been around for years making some of the best German sausages and having the best cuts of meats and a killer Deli. The recipes go into the wild game processing.

          Best bar none...

That is a great place. Used to work in Snyder plaza and would go get meat from there all the time.

I have them cut my jerky strips and I oven process as per TBH recipes for good value jerky

Highend, but it is your meat for sure... They treat it with kid gloves. I have had the privelage of smoked sausage and hams from them as a gift. Delicious.

I hear good things about Rudolph's as well. I think they are on Elm.

It is your meat if you have enough for a batch of sausage or links,40lbs minimum. I ask them one time it they mixed meat and this was the answer I got. If you do not have enough they can and do mix it with other meat brought in from someone else. One time I got a good batch and the next time it was terrible. Depends on who's meat they mix with yours and how that person handled it. I won't take mine there anymore because of that.

I have used Kuby's for whole hog traditional breakfast sausage and they did a good job. I'll be sure to ask them if they mix if I ever take a deer there.
