hog meat in SA

anyone want any hog meat?

I have to get some pork out of my freezers. I have a hog we gutted, and skinned and cut in half. pretty sure I still have both halves in the freezer. need the room, and dont have a pit I can cook em on. (mines not big enough).

my neighbor asked me to get one to put on his big pit, but that hasnt happened (all talk).

I will only be keeping the small ones (50 or less) for my put or cut the back straps out of the big ones...

this is the actual hog. (on the cart) not in camo...

maybe that helps. we were finishing skinning it to set it on ice.

it cured on ice for 6 days before it was washed again and put in freezer. this is the actual pig I am giving away. for free...

it probably went 120 lbs.

as said before. it was gutted within 30 minutes, and skinned within an hour or so, and put on ice for 6 days to "cure"... Its only really packaged in some heavy duty black bags though...

got this guy 6 months ago or so...

feet were cut off with bone saw, and then it was cut down the spine with a sawzall...

Like I said before I was trying to keep it for myself. so I put the effort fourth. but I havent used it and dont want it to go bad with freezer burn, and need the room... if I give em away I dont gut em or anything. they are just within an hour or so old when I give em to people (not gutted or skinned).
