The Quest for "Moose" in Denton Co

Doing another live hunt this morning but in Denton Co instead of Grayson. I hunted this place all last year in search of a specific buck and he eluded me. Well, I'm back after it this year and with a twist, I am only allowed to bow hunt this year so the stakes went up this year.
One major problem is that I got to my stand way too late this morning. If it could go wrong this morning. I got up late. Then I had to get fuel. Then this, and that and that. Then I get blowed at and bust out a deer on my way into the stand. I know this evenings hunt should be a better hunt anyways so I'm not overly concerned. Either way, I'm on stand and ready to let the Maxxis do some "Reaping" with the "Easton Axis".

Here is a pic of him from last year:

I don't have one from this year on my phone yet so this will have to work for now.

Not a thing as of yet. Heard two different gun shots a ways away. Gonna sit for quite a while. I love this lock on. It's the most comfy one I've ever sat in.

It's one from academy. If I ever figure out where to buy just the seats then I'll put them on every stand I own. Here's a pic

Bumping this back up because the "hunt for 'moose'" has intensified. I finally checked my cameras and Moose has a 7" drop on his left side this year. Excited to say the least. If I get off of work in time today then I'll be headed to the stand.

No sighting of him today but tomorrow is another day. I even have the wife's "okay" to pursue him rather feverishly if work allows.

I think if I had some "sick" time I would be sick thinking about him being there while I worked and cash it in
