    Where do you get it? Looking at HEB and don't see it.

        Go to the butcher shop and ask them for some cure. They will get ya fixed up.

                  Academy has it...You are talking about the pink stuff, correct? I think its sodium nitrite? If thats the stuff and you can't find it, PM me your address and Ill get a bottle headed your way. You have enough going on without looking hi and low for $0.99 curing salt

                              If its just iodine free salt, or kosher style, go to a feed store and ask for mixing or farmers salt. I use it by the ton salting hides. 50lbs will cost you around $8.00.
