Advice needed

I advertised some pups for free in the classifieds a while back and Outlaw 442 asked for one for his daughter. We have PMd back and forth and he has spoken twice of his intent to come pick her up. He even has my phone #. He has had a few things going on but has said he is ready to come get her, but now I can't get any response from him. I'm not upset or angry or anything, but I've got other folks interested in this dog. My main concern is disappointing his daughter, but I also don't want him to be angry with me, but I do need to get rid of these dogs asap. I've sent a couple of PMs in the last couple of days with no response. Do I hold on or give her to the next person who wants her? Again, I'm not upset or angry, just don't want to hold on if his situation has changed.

His stats show he was on here yesterday. I would shoot him another message and see if he answers. If not, the pup goes to the next good home. JMO.
