Speed Limits Open Range Road ?

Anyone here know if there ios a set speed limit on open range roads????? Like county road 265 in Medina county. It was gravel now they paved it with the white rock not asphalt....... I do 25-30 mph but getting tired of have dummies flying by spraying my truck with rocks......No posted speed limits on roadway.......I go over two cattle guards before boss place. some places no fence lines and others only one side. In past I know of two yearling calves that have been killed by the dummies ........Andy

60 mph from what I see on state guidelines.

Pretty sure I saw somewhere that public roads without a posted speed limit sign are 35 mph. I'll try and find it in the morning.
