learn to speak spanish, then once you learn some, learn more. Sent my oldest son to A&M to get a degree....then he graduated and used what he learned on the farm driving around with me. He farms astroturf, artificial grass, tracks, and flooring of all sorts and speaks spanish all day inbetween long roadtrips from one school to another. Without the ability to speak spanish he would be doing the work himself with lazy people
