Just got in my treestand in Sour Lake

Hunted yesterday eve and back at it this morning. Saw a few young bucks yesterday and a couple does, but didn't see anything I wanted to stick. If the does are back this morning I may let an arrow fly. Hoping some hogs show up, they've been coming around lately at different times, so we'll see what happens. Nice and chilly this morning, should be some movement.

What's the rule about shooting a buck w 1 side of his antlers normal, but the other side is just a nub? I think he's got a defect. It's been like that since summer. He just walked out and looks to be moving my way, of it's bad genetics I'd like to take him out

If your in an AR county that will count as your cull tag.

Ok thanks, he veered off to the left but hasn't gone too far, if he gets back in range he's gettn stuck like chuck! Just had a coyote come cruising by.

as long as he has one unbranched antler you are golden. and there is no "cull" tag. you would use a normal buck tag and NOT check the box on the back of the license.

Really! No cull tag? I think he understood what I was saying.
