He is asking if it is too early to use an estrous scent (doe in heat). I rattled up an old buck this morning not far from you. I wouldnt hesitate to run a drag behind me and around my stand right now in that area. If they will come to the horn's, I bet they will check out the scent of a hot doe.

I used it yesterday and had a doe walk right past one of my placements. she did not stop or even look that way as she made a b-line for the feeder.

Have you seen any does who's glands on their hocks start to darken? If not, it is probably too early.
