when does the rut start in colorado county

i have had serveral nice bucks on cam and one huge 8 but checking my cam from the last few weeks i havent had any of the bigger bucks show up just some little 6's and a few 4's ive never seen these 6's or 4's and wondering if the bigger mature deer have started fallowing the does. this is my first year to hunt here. thanks for the help
