Tex Isbell skunk coverscent was the brand I used to buy that had the two parts you mix together. They quit making it many years ago. I stocked up but I'm down to my last pack. Hope someone is making it again.
Burnham Brothers used to sell actual skunk scent but they quit stocking it when Murry Burnham retired. It came in a 1 oz. bottle with the top sealed with wax in a can that took a can opener to open. Not sure how old Murry went about bottling the stuff but it was real scent straight from a skunk. I used it for coyote calling back in the 70's. You didn't need to open the bottle, all you had to do was just open the can and put it down wind. Powerful stuff.
What I've seen available in stores these days is too weak for my liking.

Some of Tex Isbells relatives has started to make the two part scent again. It is called Skunk Fusion and made in Temple. It is the same exact stuff.
The original Tex Isbell scent was Skunk Skreen but he had to change the name to Skunk Coverscent when he and his partner split up. Tex was a professor at A&M and figured out the chemicals in skunk scent. He developed the scent after he retired. I used to buy it from him, a couple cartons at a time. I've used it for 35 years now. I had 8 bucks and 9 does come in yesterday, all from straight down wind and none caught me. Occasionally you will see an old doe stop and wind check several times and turn around and leave. But there isn't enough of your scent there to make them blow. It's the best at covering human scent that ther is.
