The game warden comment was kinda funny. I am a police officer, and I can tell you from experience that I don't know everything. Sometimes there is a break down in communications, or interpretations. Here is what I know-there is no law on the books about bh sharpness. There is also no test that a GW can administer to prove that your bh's were legally sharp enough. He might have said that but honestly he is full of it. A little knowlege of the law can be dangerous.

Your totally right dude. I should of just pulled my bow out of the case that was in the back of my 3/4 ton truck bed that bounced around for almost 3 hours to get there. And just assumed that everything was all in tune. I did lose an animal one time. It was after not testing my bow before the hunt. The arrow went to far in front of the deer piercing her front shoulder. Left a blood trail for a good ways. Never found the deer, never seen buzzards, nothing. No idea what happened to her. However the deer that was shot with my bow that was tested before hand went 40 yards max leaving a great blood trail from a sharp but not razor sharp BH. To me, the arrow hitting the right spot is more important than the level of sharpness of the BH. I also found out my bow was shoting high at 20 yards. The 20 yard pin instantly became the 25 yard pin. Which actually worked out for me during the hunt cause she gave me the shot at 25 yards broad side. I only have 3 pins 10,20.30 yards. I may have shot over her back if I had assumed the sight was still on. Which brings me to a whole other thread of " I need a new sight what should I ask for from santa?"

P.S. I like the "oven mit made by a 5th grader for mom" quote!
