I would say odds are good that you have some cold weather coming. I just took this 2 hours ago in my front yard..

            Sully,

Any chance that any of ski resorts around Denver will be open Nov. 1st? I am visiting my brother in Colorado Springs Nov. 1st and one my buddies wants to ride with us to go snowboarding, but he does not think the lifts will be open.

I'll be there. Maybe the weather people will miss this one the "opposite" way as last week, and it gets a whole lot colder than they anticipate!! Only two more weekends left until the thunder sticks let loose!!

Heath. Have no fear, some opened a week and a half ago. I believe Loveland is open and that is only 30 minutes west of Denver. Arapahoe Basin opened first this year around October 8th or 9th.

Would love to see some colder weather down here, it was a real bummer last week when the forcasters were so far off.

Heath, I forgot to mention that most are scheduled to open in November but Arapahoe basin and Loveland will be and are open now. The more snow the more lifts and runs that will open up on those two. I think they are scheduled to get up to 18 inches between today and tommorow.
