    Is it a spike if.....

Is it considered a spike if, it the buck has a branched antler where the point is less that 1inch?

According to book to be considered a point it has to be one inch long. so if its not, he's a spike

It's still a buck if it has "hardened antler protruding the skin". All others are considered antlerless.

you can call him whatever you want...forked spike.. spike... single branch....
as long as at least one antler has no branches and forks.. you're good...
just dont use your antlerless tag

What about a brow tine? Say a deer with 1 brow tine and a forked antler one one side and a brow tine and just a sick on the other....would that be a spike?

Not if the brow tine is more than an inch long. It would be a 5 point
