Another layoff here at work...

We're hearing 75-100 this time. Already heard one of my friends and a **** good engineer got the axe.
It was 60 laid off last month...

Dang, I hate to hear that. As someone that was laid off myself a while back I can tell you it is an awful experience, but hopefully the employees can bounce back.

Government and defense industry. Guess we'll buy our troops some binos and some rocks to fight the enemy with. It's all we can afford...

Where do you work? May be my employer too. We lost a big program recently and the numbers sound the same.
