Arrow trajectory/deer reaction question

If I use my 20 yard pin at 30 yards the arrow drops 4.5 inches. Would it be feasible to expect that if I took a 30 yard shot at a deer and aimed for the bottom 1/4 of the deer with my 20 yard pin that the arrow and the deer would meet in the vitals?

Does anyone else use this tactic?

Until it doesn't move. Then you miss

Put your 30 yard pin on the pump station and let it fly

Aim center of the vitals that way if the deer doesn't duck you still get thr heart and if he does you will most likely get lungs.
