a couple of teaspoons canola oil in a hot cast iron skillet , brown the tasso over med-high heat

then add as much minced garlic as you want

add fresh string beans , 1 Tblspn of butter , 1/2 cup water and steam for 3-5 minutes

when done add salt/pepper/Ragin Blaze or favorite seasoning
