The TPWD Warden for Dallas Co. has been looking into the trespass problem we've been having at the U. He asked me to get him a Non-Consent Affidavit signed by an agent for the University of Dallas. Our head of campus safety didn't hesitate to sign the affidavit and get it back to the warden. Now the person caught trespassing/ hunting/ fishing without permission can be prosecuted as can any future violators.

No telling. I keep hearing "Next month". I won't believe it until I see it now. But this is a huge step to solving the problem.

I work at the U. We own a couple hundred acres along the Trinity. That is where we have the trespass problem. Where do you work?
