Veteran Available to Kill Your HOGS for free

I was born and raised in Texas but left over 30 years ago. Was in the Air Force and lived in Alaska for 10 years and Montana for 25 years. In coming back to Texas retired I see a lot of hog hunts for about 200 bucks. With such a horrible problem with hogs it seems strange to me that you would have to pay 200 bucks to help eradicate the hog problem. I am retired and would love to find a rancher etc who would allow me to manage and harvest excess hogs. I can see where just letting anyone on a persons property could be a liability issue but would think this would be welcomed if checked out. I must be missing something. It is amazing to me how this problem was not here when I left in the early 70s...or at least I dont think it was. so anyway if you want a retired veteran to help you let me know.

Yes sir...I live close to Brenham. I dont want to sound like I want something for free but being retired now, I sure would love to look into being a hog eradicater. Sounds like its a real problem but dont know if I want to pay 200 bucks to shoot a hog. I have been bowhunting for many years, mainly for ELK. Im pretty much open to go anywhere that is needed. Would you happen to know of some place that might be good?

one thing for sure I have missed is the people. Hard to beat true Texans. I dont know about that Houston...that place has changed....Im not sure what country Im in when there...haha
My dad had season tickets to the Astros when I was a kid. Got to go to the first game in the Astrodome....I saw Mickey Mantle hit the first home run there.. Pretty exciting as a kid. Drove by there a few months ago...dang that place is OLD....so I guess... I am old too. haha

I hav pics of 13 or so at 1 feeder most every night about 2am....just aint pulled the wallet out for a trap, and too old to stay up that late...
