he misspelled it...its macque chou...its cajun...my mom used to make it...its fresh corn cut from cob then the cobs are scraped...sauted chopped bacon, onion, red & green bell peppers, tomatoes, cayanne pepper, and salt/pepper to taste...i use cajun seasoning..
